The above are MERELY MEANS OF IDENTIFICATION AND DIFFERENCIATION BETWEEN TWO OR MORE PEOPLE!
Think deeply about that.

The character,
The attitude,
The temperament,
The emotional and mental attributes of a person IS THAT PERSON!

That’s THE REAL DEAL and that’s what we have to come to terms with, in a relationship.

Note that anything physical is the strength of societal acceptance and the judgement of people.

YOU ARE THE ONE to live with the bulk of the personality.

That’s what will make you tick.

That’s what will give you overall fulfilment in life.

I say again… A woman with good character means the world! Don’t let her go!

It’s better to have a crippled and well behaved wife than a stunning figure 8 with lack of manners, dumb and lacks vision and influence!

A responsible and faithful man will forever be better than a 6pack, tall and handsome man.

BEEN A WHILE YOU SAW LAST.

You’ve seen your friend for quite a number of years ago and here your phone rings and he’s saying where exactly are you right now ‘cos he wants to come say hi and see you one on one!

Then you start describing your place…

“When you get to Taiwo road, pick a cab to james junction. When you get there, pick a keke napep. When you get to that roundabout, you’d see a line of okadas just beside the eatery, they collect just 50naira. Tell the bike man that you’re dropping at no 5, Philia street. My house is a green roof with a coconut tree planted outside. I’d be waiting for you, outside’

After your description, your friend replies that he’s coming with his car and would love you to describe again!

The question is…

1. Why did you ever jump into the conclusion that he was coming on foot?

Remember, it’s been years you have seen him and many changes would have happened to him and in him.

2. Why couldn’t you just ask before running ahead by simply saying… Are you coming with a ride or public transport?

Hmmmm…

So also it is with some of us that must have had friends in the past and they suddenly re-surface again.

You forget that times and seasons have passed and the fact that people change and evolve.

It will be risky for you to conclude on who the person is presently and try to continue from where you started years ago.

FRIENDS, for any person seeking to make a re-entry into your life again for any reason, take a step back, study, re-consider and decide based on the present.

To an extent, the past might be consulted but do your findings well on what is obtainable currently.
